2、 Pre sales service
    1. In the engineering projects undertaken by the company, our company's technical designers can provide free technical consultation and other services according to the specific requirements of customers, so that customers can understand the technology, characteristics, and other performance of the company's products.
    2. The company will provide design services as required by customers. The company will design lighting effects and render lighting simulation based on the engineering pictures and data provided by users, so as to truly and effectively reflect the actual effect of the project, and scientifically and reasonably provide the number of lamps, relevant technical parameters and layout installation wiring diagram.
    3. In cases where the photos and information provided by the customer are not ideal, the company will assign engineering and technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections and seek the customer's opinions. The proposed technical solutions and design ideas will be continuously improved until the customer is satisfied and confirmed.
3、 In sales service
    1. During the sales process, the company will introduce the performance and purpose of the products to customers in detail in accordance with standardized service regulations, and strictly comply with the company's product supply regulations. In the form of contract labor, the company will maintain the reputation of the enterprise and the common interests of both supply and demand parties, and ensure the 100% performance of various contracts through strict contract review procedures.
    2. During the sales process, sales personnel issue a "Product Quality Feedback Card" to customers and provide them with a detailed introduction to the specific purpose of the "Product Quality Feedback Card". They clarify the service content that the company should provide and provide relevant product user manuals, including the main technical parameters, installation and operation methods, environmental requirements, and precautions for use.
    3. The in sales service also includes the following contents: our company guarantees to deliver strictly according to the owner's requirements on time; In the installation and debugging of engineering projects, our company's technical service personnel can also provide on-site technical guidance according to customer requirements to ensure project quality.
    4. During the shipping and transportation process, sales personnel will strictly follow the shipping list, track and proofread on site, and deliver the products to customers in a safe and effective manner, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
    5. Technical training: after signing the project contract and before the end of supply, at the time agreed by both parties, our company will send relevant technical personnel to your company to provide free training for the operation and use workers of the user unit. The training contents include: introduction to the construction organization design scheme, introduction to the specific installation methods of lamps, introduction to the use and maintenance methods of lighting lamps, etc. The purpose of the training is to enable users to understand the production process, installation methods, daily maintenance methods, etc. of the provided lighting fixtures, so as to ensure the service life of the lighting fixture products.
    6. Quality assurance: We guarantee that the provided subject matter is brand new, unused, and non long-term inventory goods, fully meeting the quality, specifications, and performance specified in the contract. At the same time, we guarantee that the provided subject matter should have satisfactory performance within its nominal service life under correct installation, normal use, and maintenance conditions. During the promised quality assurance period, we are responsible for any deficiencies or malfunctions caused by defects in design, workmanship, or materials, as well as accompanying services.
4、 After sales service
    1. Our company headquarters has a dedicated after-sales service center to provide convenient services to customers from all over the country.
    2. After receiving training in knowledge and operational skills, personnel engaged in after-sales service possess a strong level of business knowledge, practical experience, and good professional ethics. They promptly analyze and process various quality information feedback from customers using our company's products to meet their expectations for our company's services.
    3. The company has established a "Product Quality Feedback Film" system, which stores all customer files using our company's products on a computer. A dedicated person regularly visits and contacts customers, providing comprehensive services to customers, continuously promoting the improvement of the company's product quality, and truly providing good service to our customers.
    4. We promise to provide a product quality warranty period of two years for the light source appliance. From the date of acceptance of the subject matter, during the quality maintenance period, we will be responsible for bearing the corresponding costs and losses (excluding lighting equipment damage caused by force majeure and human factors) for any product quality issues that occur under normal operating conditions.
    5. Outside the quality warranty period, our company sells spare parts at factory prices for this engineering product for a long time and is responsible for lifelong maintenance. We only charge the cost of repair materials and do not charge maintenance fees.
    6. In terms of service time, our company guarantees to respond within 1 hour after receiving the notice and arrive at the site within 2 hours to provide service. We will solve all problems that arise during the operation of the lighting equipment within 8 hours. If we do not repair them in a timely manner, we will impose a fine of 200 yuan (excluding material fees) for each day of delay, in order to solve problems in use and provide technical consultation for the products for customers in a short period of time.
5、 Technical training:
    (1) General Provisions
In order to provide fundamental guarantees for the maintenance, technical training, and installation and commissioning of road lighting facilities, our company has established a comprehensive user service system. The training department personnel have undergone strict technical assessments and selected a group of high-quality training engineers. Through long-term training practice, a complete set of standardized training plans has been gradually formed. From system operation to installation and commissioning, each part has strict assessment standards, Ensure that trainees achieve the expected training results after receiving training in a short period of time. At the same time, we will further improve training conditions, improve training levels, establish a sound training system, and hold maintenance seminars to enable trainees to continuously learn new equipment, new knowledge, exchange maintenance experience, and improve maintenance levels, ensuring the correct maintenance of system equipment.
Our company website regularly updates relevant product knowledge, detection and troubleshooting of common faults, and development trends of related technologies for users' reference.
According to the proposed Training Procedure, we will train 1-3 relevant technical personnel for the user side (the number of trainees shall be as required by the owner).
    (2) Training content
Based on the actual situation of users in this project, the training content includes: installation and debugging of road lighting facilities, debugging of street light control boxes, daily maintenance of lighting equipment, diagnosis and troubleshooting of common faults, characteristics and different functions of each equipment, connection methods, and implementation of various service functions.
    (3) Training arrangements
        1) All training instructors will teach in Chinese and send experienced instructors to provide training explanations.
        2) Provide all training personnel with written materials, handouts, and other related supplies, and conduct on-site operations and internships.
        3) The training aims to ensure that the trainees fully grasp the above content.
        4) The training schedule is scheduled during the installation and debugging process of the project or after completing the above projects.
        5) If there are updates or upgrades to products and technologies, timely arrange for technical personnel to supplement training.

6、 Contact information for after-sales service and repair points:
In order to ensure the interests of users and provide after-sales service quality, our company promises to implement localized services. The technical service center provides technical support and after-sales service to customers 24/7, 365 days a year, and receives inquiries from customers at any time. Ensure providing on-site, timely, and good after-sales technical services to users.
Solemnly promise: Our company's after-sales service network has smooth communication 24/7, with no less than 3 technical personnel on duty every day, ready to accept user repairs and inquiries, and provide 1-2 monthly inspection services to detect equipment operation, clean equipment, and keep equipment operation records. If the equipment malfunctions and requires emergency maintenance, maintenance personnel will provide a 7 * 24 hour response service. We ensure that the response is within 30 minutes, and that the equipment arrives within one hour after receiving the fault notification, without interruption of work. For general faults, we ensure that the problem is resolved within 4 hours.
